Yes, I did. The problem is, that all texture is in 15 files. For example, sides are in file loko31.dds, forehead in przud.dds etc. For other vehicles, whole outer texture is in one file and when you want to add new texture, you will just paste it into appropriate folder and define the new texture in texture.txt (I think). But I don't know how to do it in case of SM31, when the texture is in more files. The only way, how I can see the texture in sim, is I backup original files and into folder with textures copy my textures named as original.
