 Subtitles for MaSzyna sounds

Which EXE version? I will check the conditions for subtitles display.

EXE: 14.10.1124.457

Developer version of Maszyna 15.02 as well, like 10.14.

I confirm, on version 467 (non-Debugmode) subtitles are not shown in [F4], [F5], [F6], [F7] modes outside cab and all other modes when upper text is hidden. I'll try to fix this soon.

All, +timing correction "brak_sz_rozkaz_s" Czech and English.

Lelek:
I made some new English subtitles for Bałtyk Cargo (here), so it can be translated into other languages.
