Maybe you don't have it, but at least if we could read the instructions:

It's something like:
Side track in some factory.
A freight train was just brought by SM42-174 locomotive. You have to use SM03-180 to dispatch cars from that train to different tracks for unloading.
In manewrowo.htm file you'll find instructions and a map.

The problem is, that there is no manewrowo.htm file and there never was.

The second part is the same, it just says you need to set up a consist from cars on the factory's different tracks. Again, it points you to non-exiting file for instructions.

I'll push the author to make these instructions.

By the way, in manewrowo2 the cars deposited on the right cannot be moved. The two cars can be coupled, but you can't release the breakes (they won't move no matter what you try to do), and the one car on the track next cannot be coupled (the loco simply goes throuh it).

You probably use one of newest unofficial versions of exe file. It'll be fixed in nearest version, along with some other things (e.g. more realistic brake pneumatics behaviour, crash-on-newer-drivers bug fixed).
