Duty description and Head light codes

Is there a way to display the Duty description in english, and is there a site where i can see the meaning of the Headlight codes?

I had planned to use translation files, but on short notice I only managed to make transcripts for radio conversations with the option to translate into different languages. I don't know how the issues of different languages were supposed to be solved after 2015, I didn't see any discussion about it (perhaps they were in the chat room and disappeared with the authors).

When you change language in starter, descriptions in simulation will be change to English.
