Hello what are the keys for open the right and left dors of the en 57 and the dors sound

extra control keys for EMU (EN57):
< >     left/right door open
, .     left/right door close
?       departure signal (buzzer)

i cant open the doors , the unique door i can open is the left with the keys open=maj+? and close  ,  

so i can open right door and give the departure signal

i have  the eu07-160704-unoff version

You should press < (Shift + ,) to open right door.

the door dont want  open , and i have no departure sound

i have french keybord , maybe  is this the probleme ?

I think keyboard is good.
Can U open door in other stations?

Definitively, the keyboard is the problem (I know, because I was shocked when I was in France and saw the keyboard in cafe there).
Try changing your keyboard layout (locale) to polish-programmist type in control panel.
