Put t3d file to "models" catalog.
Create a file with inc extension in "scenery" catalog with this content:

--- Kod: ---origin (p2) (p3) (p4)
rotate 0 (p5) 0
node -1 0 none model 0 0 0 0 yourt3dfile.t3d none endmodel

rotate 0 0 0
endorigin

--- Koniec kodu ---

Put this in scenery file:

--- Kod: ---include yourincfile.inc none X Y Z R end
--- Koniec kodu ---
X Y Z are axis.
R is a rotate.

Ra:
Or, the simplest way is to use:


--- Kod: ---node -1 0 none model X Y Z R yourt3dfile.t3d none endmodel
--- Koniec kodu ---

Especially, when you insert the model by hand in Notepad. The -1 value means 2000 meters and is maximal distance the model is seen.

How I can make it, that the whirl frame, and let the wheels turn on the vehicle? I should know this in order to do an own engine only into the game.

You need to give right names for wheels (wheel01, wheel02, etc.). Then you need to set pivots for this wheels in 3ds max.
