A guidebook to MaSzyna 22.03 in Chinese

(1/2) > >>

John Yu:
I have emailed before, here is the guidebook we wrote in March and April.
It was too big to be attached(108MB), so I have to put it on OneDrive
https://1drv.ms/w/s!AjgBqM5DpYeSgQt-uZJ6kXj2PfVx?e=io3rUZ
It includes:
- A introduction to MaSzyna
- What do Pc1 and other lamp modes mean
- Signalling system in Poland
- What you can see and control in cabs
- How to operate each locomotive
- Some questions that already have answers in the user's manual in English
- Coupling, decoupling, and other common controls.

I'm not sure whether I translate everything right, so if someone could tell me how the converter works when driving a train. I looked it up in some dictionaries, but Pike told me it is something different.
At last, I hope this guidebook will be helpful to introduce MaSzyna to Chinese railfans.

matek123:
Converter change voltage from 3000V DC to (e.g.) 110V DC. In Poland we have DC at traction network, so transformer'll not work.

Czarodziej:
It's a DC-DC voltage converter. Rotary converter on older machines, electronic one on newer.
