i have french keybord , maybe  is this the probleme ?

I think keyboard is good.
Can U open door in other stations?

Definitively, the keyboard is the problem (I know, because I was shocked when I was in France and saw the keyboard in cafe there).
Try changing your keyboard layout (locale) to polish-programmist type in control panel.
