i have the same probleme with the EP09

You must download a EP23 loco from this adress: http://www.eu07.pl/eng/modules/mydownloads/visit.php?lid=10 .

Place files into "..dynamic/PKP/EP23" directory.

You can use this loco in other scenery. Must only add this line to consist:
node -1 0 EP23-443 dynamic PKP\EP23 ep23-443 201Eb 0.0 headdriver 3 0 enddynamic
