Can I change the consists of a train?

I dont understand its language.

STV can draw scenery files as a map of tracks, list all tracks in a scenery and show them on a map, show scenery statistics (heights, max speeds etc.). It reads .scn files. You can also use STV as an optional startup program (instead of start.exe) - open a scenery file and press F9.
