Ok to send pictures you need to press Opcje dodatkowe (1), and then press Przeglądaj (2) to add picture to your message, just like I did.
Picture max size is 300kB, you can add 20 pictures at the most (press (więcej załączników)).
Movies:
Well you need to make one first, then you load it on a server like youtube, and paste link here.
